Best Bathroom Scale

Taylor scale has stopped working. Any idea on how to fix it, or if they will honor the warranty w/ no receipt?

It is a digital Bathroom Scale. I have changed the battery, and it’s still not working. It doesn’t even come on. The lifetime warranty specifically states that you have to mail in the original receipt and packaging… I have neither. Will they still honor the warranty, or am I better off just buying a new scale?
