Whats a good body fat scale?

I am looking to buy a body fat scale that measures Weight, BMI, Hydration, and muscle mass. I have read reviews for so many of them, and everyone bashes them. I am looking to spend no more than $60. The biggest complaint I hear is inaccuracy or stops working after a few months. Someone please recommend a good one because this is going to help me a lot with my weight lose goal. Thanks

You are right about the electrical impedance scales being inaccurate as the electric signal can’t measure the different densities in tissues(different types of fat) along with accurately measuring muscle tissue.

Anyways, calipers have their own set of problems cause fat stores vary in certain areas. That means skin fold readings are not 100% accurate.

So really there is no 100% accurate body composition measurement tool.

There are DEXA scans that are the closet but they have flaws too.

The best bet is to get on Amazon and look for a hand held one. Use the reviews as your guide.
